Self-identification is the key to your freedom!

If you know that you are the one that is allowed to forgive, who is able to forgive, who is able to transform her history through a new idea, and you will say, „I can be free“ you will lift your consciousness above the wall that has created a separation between you and the thing you want to have in life.

Once you realize that you are the prisoner of your own rage, you will begin to liberate yourself!

Self-identification is an ongoing journey that evolves as we grow and learn more about ourselves. It involves introspection, self-reflection, and exploration of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this process, we gain a deeper understanding of who we are, what makes us unique, and how we relate to the world around us.

Self-identification is a lifelong process

Remember, self-identification is a lifelong process, and it’s okay to explore and redefine yourself as you grow and evolve. Embrace the journey of self-discovery and celebrate the unique qualities that make you who you are! Every day is part of that process and as a life coach I am sure I can support you.

Without having done my own healing, I probably would still sit in that corporate job and complain every day, telling myself I am the victim of the situation, of my life, and blaming others for my unhappiness. This wall that I saw in front of me and the happiness and freedom on the other side, could only be torn down by myself, the courage, the understanding of my wishes and dreams, the letting go of what was not working.

    Being in balance with oneself, in alignment, is the key how to be in balance with our surroundings, because so we can attract what really aligns with us and is in balance with us.
