 Can you create discipline to reach your goals?

Can you create discipline? Getting up at 6 am for a daily two hour walk demands discipline. It’s easy to say “I don’t have time” , and I totally get that 6-8 am is kind of rush hour for families getting everyone ready for breakfast, school or work.
But sit with yourself and be honest what you would like to do, to accomplish, to integrate in your life.

  • Would you like to exercise more?
  • What activity?
  • When will you make time for it?
  • Would you like to meditate every morning or do yoga?
  • How are the mornings in your household?
  • What do you need to organize (getting up earlier, having someone taking care of kids etc) so that you get this space and time!

    Figure it out!
    Set intention and goals!
    Have discipline!
    Follow through!
